Great location, right near the beach and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The private access to the beach was a definite plus. The two pools, especially the one by the bar and restaurant, were enjoyable for hanging out and relaxing.

The rooms could use some updating as they felt outdated and in need of renovation. there was construction going on during our stay which was not communicated prior to our arrival.

It took only 5 minutes to walk to beachland & a1a bus stop. In love with Driftwood

We enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel, with the beach just steps away and easily accessible. It was great to be able to go for a walk on the beach whenever we wanted. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, making our stay more enjoyable. They were always available to answer any questions or provide assistance.- The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, providing all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The kitchenette was a nice addition, allowing us to prepare our own meals.

The hotel lacked modern updates and felt a bit outdated. The furniture and decor in the room seemed old and worn, which took away from the overall experience.

We had the most fantastic time at this charming beach resort. The location was perfect, just steps away from a lovely beach, where we enjoyed relaxing in the rocking chairs outside. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped kitchen. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. We loved the beachy atmosphere and the convenience of having shops and restaurants within walking distance. It truly felt like a home away from home.

During the weekends, the bar/restaurant scene can get a bit loud and rowdy, which may not be ideal for families looking for a quieter atmosphere.
